Plant-A-Day 2020 (Day 150) GeraniumS “Orion” and “Brookside”

Two more excellent hardy geraniums, these varieties found their way into the memory garden in the spring of 2018. They start blooming in late May and don’t stop for several months. Since I can’t tell these varieties apart (and I’ve done my usual not excellent job of labeling), I’m combining them here. The flowers look very much alike, but I think Brookside has more of a white center.

Both types appear to be sterile, or at least they are not seeding in my garden yet.

I will keep feeding and watering these stalwarts in 2020 and enjoy the flower show they put on for the next few months.
